Access is granted on a need-to-know basis with appropriate authentication controls. Privileged access is logged. Access is revoked when the engagement concludes. HRHK applies the same access control rigor to client systems that it recommends to clients for their own environments.

HRHK provides operational handover including documentation, knowledge transfer, and defined support arrangements. Ongoing support options are discussed before project completion. Engineering does not end at deployment—we ensure your team can operate what we build.

Yes. Source code developed specifically for a client engagement belongs to the client, as defined in the engagement agreement. HRHK does not retain ownership of custom-developed work product. General-purpose tools or frameworks developed independently by HRHK remain HRHK property unless otherwise agreed.
