Documentation Matters

Good engineering is documented engineering. Architecture decisions, configuration changes, security considerations, and operational procedures are recorded. Documentation is not an afterthought—it is part of the engineering deliverable.

Continuous Learning

Remote/Hybrid Expectations

Most HRHK work can be performed remotely. Engineers must be self-directed, communicative, and disciplined. On-site work is available when the engagement requires it. Remote does not mean disconnected.
